KRBR (1470 AM) is a radio station broadcasting an oldies format. Licensed to Estes Park, Colorado, USA, the station is currently owned by WP Broadcasting of Colorado, LLC.[1]
KRBR's skywave signal has been received in parts of southern Wyoming, including Laramie[2] and Green River.[3]
The station went on the air as KRKI on May 27, 1991. On April 4, 1998, the station changed its call sign to KEZZ. On September 9, 2006, the station's call sign was changed to KEPL and, on June 28, 2011, to the current KRBR.[4]
On August 15, 2008, KEPL Radio changed to an all talk format and now brands itself "Talk Radio 1470". In May, they change it to oldies from True Oldies Channel.
